The Trust will provide professional service and superb food that will make any event a success.

The Trust Restaurant caters for seated dining with set menus that we create for you based on our a la carte selections, and we are always willing to try and work with in any budget constraints.

Beverage options range from on consumption, purchasing a set beverage package, or for more flexibility, we can run a tab at the bar for certain drinks allowing guests to purchase any other choices.

Our experienced event organisers will help plan and create a successful event that will exceed all your expectations.

The Trust Bar is perfect for large or small parties — a set of couches for 10 — a private roped off area for 200 — or the entire bar area for 600, are all possible.

Canape menus in a range of prices are provided with the option of having a canape menu designed specifically for your function.

Clients include: L'Oreal, Vengeance Productions (Ghostrider), Davis Cup, Harpers Bazaar, AbnAmro, ANZ, National Bank of Australia, Calibre.

Guest DJ's include: Felix da House Cat, Armand van Helden, Alex Kid, Junior Sanchez and Metro Area.


Superb food to tantalise your senses

You will be asked to select two dishes for each course from the function menu, which will be served alternately. You may choose to have dessert served as a roving dish, which gives your guests the opportunity to mingle after enjoying seated entr้e and main courses. Meals will be served alternating (50/50) unless specifically requested.

Pre-dinner/lunch chef's selection canap้s can be arranged at $5 per person (2 items per person).

EVENTS PACKAGES

The Trust has been the setting for a range of Melbourne's
prominent events. From major blockbuster film wrap parties
to fashion parades, launches and charity events The Trust is
a truly adaptable venue.
The Trust is a perfect setting for a range of events and
functions from personal celebrations to industry launches,
exhibitions and showcases. With high ornate ceilings and
impressive revived Beaux Art architecture The Trust
emanates historical significance with a vibrant presence.
The 42m marble bar – the longest in Australia – and dark
rich timber encased ornate columns radiate a sense of splendor.
The stylish monumental columns and oversized fan light windows will give your event a truly impressive unique appeal. Our highly experienced team will work with you to tailor your event to your exact requirements.






The Trust Bar

The Trust Bar can be separated into two sections, which offer relative privacy as well as accommodation for live entertainment or a DJ. Australia's longest bar designates the form and style of the space, its marble fa็ade and polished surface allocating two L shaped function areas, each accommodating up to 300 or 400 guests. A range of couches and tables can be arranged to suit your specific needs, whether you require anything from a relaxed understated look to a formal designated arrangement.
The Trust Restaurant & Function Room

The Trust Restaurant & Function Room is arrestingly stunning, the flamboyant architecture a prime focus with intimate golden lighting. Weddings, dinner parties and corporate functions are a regular occurrence, the space also offering a stunning setting for exhibitions, parades and showcases. The original arched fanlight windows lend a picturesque light and bright feel for daytime events, while the superbly impressive warm lighting gives the venue a majestic and soothing ambiance at night.

All Inclusive Package Complimentary Inclusions:
• Candles set on tables at your discretion. (maximum of 20 candles)
• Complimentary Events Room hire based on an arranged minimum spend, stipulated after first contact.
• Complimentary hire of The Trust Bar, as a prequel to your event and/or a post dinner dancing area (pending other bookings).
• The Trust can provide genre specific music for your function, free of charge.
• All package prices are subject to change, due to seasonal availability, supplier change and unavoidable increases..
